Hilary is, without a doubt, the most outstanding nurse I've ever met in my 78 years on earth. She maintains a perfect example of team membership and manifests excellent character virtues and compassion as a nurse. She is able to focus on her patients to help with the pain. She listens to the patient needs and looks for a solution to comfort or to report to the right people to speed up the healing process. She does not talk above you; she comforts you with direct eye contact in explaining the issues. She treated me like a member of her family.
