She took the time to answer our questions and provided reassurance, making us feel supported and informed during a challenging time. When an emergency C-section became necessary, she remained calm & composed, going beyond by staying after her shift to assist with the procedure. Her dedication & selflessness made a significant difference in a stressful situation. Throughout the process, Hilary was a constant source of emotional support.
