She was extremely easy to communicate with, an incredible listener. She showed great compassion and intelligence simultaneously. She was always on-task and had medicines perfectly prepared at the perfect times. She patiently answered a lot of questions. I had only one complaint while I was there during the entire stay, and I felt that she was the perfect communicator to relay the message to the hospital so that that particular department could be improved. I felt no need to communicate it to anyone else. I felt confident that she would relay the information perfectly due to her excellent communication skills and listening ability. She has a perfect blend of non-reactivity and compassion, which is very rare to find in such a finely-tuned fashion.
