Hilary demonstrates the qualities of a nurse deserving of the DAISY award every day she comes in for work. I have worked with Hilary for the better part of my almost five years here at KSB, and in that short amount of time, I have had the opportunity to see first-hand what quality, skilled nursing looks like. I've witnessed countless interactions between her and our patients and their family members where she has optimized the concepts of compassion and respect. Even in the most difficult situations, Hilary carries herself with a level of grace and learned skill that inspires confidence from her patients and coworkers.

Hilary exhibits both - a compassionate, caring attitude and outstanding clinical skills. She has the knowledge and abilities to handle the most challenging aspects of emergency nursing. Hilary
