I came into the Northern Light Mercy Emergency Department alone and in significant pain. I was scared and overwhelmed and required emergency surgery. Hillary went above and beyond to make sure I was cared for not only medically, but also emotionally.

From the moment she called my name from the waiting room, Hillary made me feel seen, safe, and advocated for. Hillary truly embodies the mission and values of Northern Light Mercy. Her combination of skill, advocacy, compassion, and genuine kindness is exactly what nursing is meant to be. I am deeply grateful for the extraordinary difference she made in my care.
