Hillary Kreutzner, RN

Nurse Hillary was one of the most compassionate and competent nurses I encountered during my stay in the CICU. Within moments of meeting her, I knew that I was in good hands and could be my vulnerable hospital-stuck self. I had made a request earlier that evening to visit the chapel. Right as I started to struggle, she burst in and said that the chapel's caretaker was going to keep it open so that I could go find some peace in the chapel. She then got us all ready to go and wheeled me down there with all the necessary protocols/oxygen, etc. She asked if I would like her to pray for me, and I was like, of course. She pushed me to the front of the chapel, sat back a bit, and let me have several moments filled with feelings and peace. It truly felt like a small miracle and did everything for my spiritual, mental, and emotional health. I will be eternally grateful for that kindness, as well as the many other compassionate ways she cared for me as a patient.
