My nurse was an amazing person, full of joy. Started each shift with a cheerful hello and a smile and waited until each patient was ready to return that smile. He was efficient and responsive to my needs. He was my nurse for several days while I was on the 7th-floor inpatient rehab. More than anything, the positive attitude, joy-filled personality and ability to make me feel I was the main concern even though I knew that there were other patients assigned to him. After the third day with him, he knew I would probably be discharged before the next shift. He came back to my room after the end of the shift to say goodbye and wish me luck. He genuinely cares about the patients and gives all assurance about the care provided. There were so many amazing people that took care of me. I was truly blessed to be at Bayfront where the staff really cares. My amazing nurse who is a gold star is Hilliard Reese.
