Hoa has been a blessing and comfort to our family. My mother recently had a stroke that worsened during our stay here. Hoa remained calm and continued to talk to my mom and treat her with respect without talking down to her. She is one of my mom's favorite nurses. You can tell she cares. She will even ask how other family members are doing. She even stopped by our room yesterday after her shift to see how my mom and we were doing, even though she was not assigned to our area at this time. There is something extra special about Hoa!
