I cannot say enough about how wonderful Nurse Hollie is. My family and I felt completely supported, that we were doing the best for Mom. She spent an incredible amount of time explaining everything to us was so appreciated. Hollie was so kind, empathetic, and wonderful at walking us through every single thing with Mom while answering all of our questions. While we hoped Mom's outcome would improve, it did not and we were thinking about Hospice. Hollie went out of her way to explain we could say goodbye to Mom on our own timeframe without having to wait for a bed in Hospice when they opened. She took over all the arrangements and walked us through the entire process. We were so much more comfortable with this option as mom had been in that room for the past week and moving her and dealing with new staff seemed overwhelming. Hollie was absolutely incredible and I will never ever forget her kindness and gentleness with us as we said goodbye to our mom. I am so grateful to her.
