I have been Hollie 's community mentor for the last three years and have seen Hollie develop throughout her student journey. Hollie is totally committed to becoming a midwife. She constantly reflects on her own practice, always seeking out best practice and the evidence for care. She is passionate about caring for women and their families, always working closely with our patients to ensure they understand their choices and are happy with their care. She has received very positive feedback from patients. During Hollie 's placement on the birth center, a small fire broke out in one of the birthing rooms. Hollie 's actions and calm manner were recognized by our CEO as being outstanding.
