Holly is the Ward Leader and has been in post for just over two years now. At the time of her appointment, the ward was under great pressure due to staff vacancy, closed beds, and various other issues. Holly has shown exceptional leadership and compassion to her team and as such now leads a ward that is fully established with RN's, is recognised as a great place to work and has excellent patient outcomes and experience reports. Holly shows great integrity and maturity and through her visionary leadership, dedication, and exceptional efforts to her team and patients, Holly has a ward to be proud of.
