Holly Beims, RN

After being in the facility for a while, I got to my room in 5 North where Holly had been working all day. She was bright and friendly! I’m hearing impaired and I must read lips for full comprehension. Not only did Holly remove her mask for me, but she also made a note on the board, ‘READS LIPS’. Holly was very thorough, making sure I understood everything she said. Her sincere compassion was visible each time she was in my room. I felt very blessed to have such a loving and warm-hearted angel taking care of me. Also, she wrote the correct pronunciation of my name in the ‘Preferred Name’ slot on the whiteboard. Often it is the small things people do that help others feel more relaxed.
