Holly Brongo, BSN, RN

Holly is a compassionate nurse who advocates for her patients, all qualities of a great nursing leader. She is always asking questions and trying to do right for both the team she works with and her patients. I have seen Holly come in early in the morning many times to do her administrative work so that she could be available to take an assignment and help on the unit. She did this so her Team felt supported, and patients could receive safe care. After COVID many nurses left to pursue other opportunities. Holly stayed and led a unit of almost agency nurses. Many have now become staff nurses. I think that is in part because of the environment she helped create for them.

Holly goes above and beyond to make sure her team is well taken care of. She treats each patient like a family member. Holly is a great team leader and respects her team members. Holly jumps in and helps wherever it is needed. She always has a positive attitude, and is great to be around. Holly makes any and all staff feel appreciated.
