One day, I had an appointment at the clinic, and my husband accompanied me as my driver. Holly went with us to make sure I was ok. My husband pushed the button in the elevator and immediately took hold of the rail. Holly noticed something wasn't right and went into action. She made sure as he passed out that he didn't hit his head and held his hand. When he came to, the elevator was opening, another nurse was at the door. Holly had her call for a rapid response immediately. When rapid response got there she came back to me and accompanied me to the ER where they took my husband. She made sure we were both ok. Not sure what I would have done if she wasn't with us. She was professional and kept us both calm.
