Holly shows such compassion to not only patients having a hard time but also her co-workers. She has such a sense of comfort and a delicate touch to even the most aggressive or emotional people. She takes time to know people so she may tend to their needs properly. Today she helped me track down a woman’s 35-year-old sentimental necklace that got lost even though she was in charge and busy. Later, she took the time to help out her co-worker that was having a stressful day. Others would have looked and walked away.

Holly is built differently and she helped this co-worker form a plan so she could catch up and be less stressed. Holly goes the extra mile to make sure we are in this relaxed work environment. When we are relaxed the patients are all happy! She was born with a little extra care in her heart. She makes being a nurse look calm and easy even during this hectic Covid time. I truly think she should receive recognition because not many have that extra bit of love in their heart as she does. It pours out of her onto the rest of us and that is the best gift you can give our patients.
