From the moment I entered the L&D department after having my baby. Holly made me feel at ease and extremely comfortable. As a new mother with anxiety and OCD, Holly made sure to take care of me as a mother would. Holly never hesitated to assist me with even the smallest of tasks and she made me feel completely at ease to ask any questions without fear of judgment. Holly continued to offer advice and assistance throughout her time of being my nurse. We were able to form such a relationship that I was overwhelmed with emotion when I learned I wouldn’t see her again. Holly is the type of nurse people would request to have. Not only did she provide excellent care, but she advocated for me in times of need and ensured my hospital stay was comfortable as I welcomed my beautiful baby girl. I will truly miss her and can’t think of any nurse more deserving of this award.
