Holly Chastain, RN

Holly truly cares about the chronic wound patients she sees. We have had a patient in the ICU who needed more care than they were being provided. Holly helped get a patient out of a difficult situation. She had to put her emotions aside and was very concerned about the patient’s well-being. Holly helped get Adult Protective Services involved. She made incredible progress in getting the patient to a safe situation.
