Holly always comes in with a great cheerful attitude. She is a team player, always going over and beyond to help out where there is a need. She always takes an interest in each employee’s life, “work life,” and personal issues. I am always thankful when I come into work and Holly is here. I can always rest assured that even on the worst days, she will be right there, “tears, blood and sweat” with a smile on, willing to do whatever she can to help! Holly cares about the staff as well. She is a wonderful nurse and mentor. She is consistent, team-oriented, and dependable. Holly makes a significant and positive impact on Encompass by delivering quality, compassionate, positive, uplifting, consistent, relationship-based nursing care.
