We loved having Holly as our nurse when our daughter was born 5 weeks early. We were visiting family two hours from home when my water broke, and we arrived at the hospital, both nervous because the baby was early and because we never expected that I would give birth in an unfamiliar hospital system. Holly put us at ease right away, making jokes, answering our questions, and making sure our needs were met. She was so supportive as I got the epidural, encouraged me, walked me through each step, and helped me position correctly.

Later, when I started to cry out of fear that the baby was early, she was very understanding, staying upbeat while assuring that it's normal to feel overwhelmed when so much was not going according to plan. She stayed past her shift to witness our baby girl's arrival, and we were glad to have her there to celebrate with us. We saw her again during another shift, where she continues to make us laugh and take great care of me and my baby girl. Thank you, Holly
