I recently spent 3 days on the unit during a Tikosyn medication trial. While on the unit I received tremendous care from the entire caring staff. Holly was the day time point person throughout my stay. Holly provided a high level of care while at the same time enacting the care standards Emanuel is known for. Holly was always keenly aware of my needs and how she could most efficiently meets those needs. I appreciated her thoughtfulness and professionalism. In the area of medical customer service, she excels to the point of superior performance. As the grandson of one of the founders of Emanuel Hospital I am pleased to experience Holly's high level of professionalism and caring.
