Holly doesn't have to think about her actions: she lives those actions each and every day. Her thoughts are pure, and her actions are loving and compassionate because she lives a life that is caring and compassionate with those around her. She is able to share her compassion in her life because she makes it a daily practice. She is true to herself; honest and decent in her interactions with others. She provides compassionate care to all patients despite their nationalities, religion, gender, age, disability, and other factors that may influence their health outcomes. She treats all human beings equally, with care and integrity. Throughout the course of her 16 years of service to this institution she has displayed a caring attitude and has found the importance of being appreciated by the patients as she helps them through by providing safe and competent care that not only satisfies clients' needs but also their families.
