I have worked with Holly for a year and a half and I have been by her side when patients have been doing great and also when patients are fighting for their lives! In an emergency situation, she is calm and on point. Holly has a vision of knowledge to provide the best care that she can in a very professional manner. She works to break down barriers that we as nurses battle daily whether that be in communication, illness, or knowledge. Holly has gone above and beyond to provide as a preceptor for new employees and also to be a mentor for students who enter our department. She is a reminder of what every nurse should be as a leader and a teacher! Holly should be recognized and honored as an asset for not just the MIPS department but also for the Eskenazi Family! Thank you, Holly, for everything you do on a daily basis - you are a great nurse and every patient who enters this facility and is touched by you is in the best hands they could be in! You are a guardian angel who leads us all!
