Holly Otey! Where do I begin?! Holly has been a tenured nurse at Wishard/Eskenazi for over 20 years and started a new role in Clinical Education and assuming the role of Nurse Residency Program in March 2020. Over the past 4 years, Holly has persevered the many changes in our workforce and world, always adapting to best meet the needs of the graduate nurses and keeping them as her focus for the best experience.

Holly has demonstrated success as the nurse residency coordinator, creating a curriculum and experience that best serves the needs of our new nurses. It has been a pleasure watching Holly grow professionally and impact this program. Holly is passionate about setting a solid foundation for graduate nurses to be their best, and this continues well past their graduation. It is an honor and pleasure to work with Holly. Eskenazi Nursing is grateful for her!
