After being here for three days after the delivery of my son we were about to be discharged when my baby had an incident and was sent to the NICU. She took the time to listen to me during this very stressful time. She made me feel as if everything was going to be ok. She really left a special place in my heart. She was kind, helpful, informative but most of all she listened and made me feel better.
