I believe my Mother was placed in the care of this nurse for a reason. Holly was an angel on earth that went above and beyond what was asked or even imagined of her. Not only did she provide emotional, medical and sympathetic care to my mother, but she provided exceptional care for my entire family as well. Watching a loved one suffer is something that no one should have to witness, but she did everything in her power to keep my mother as comfortable and fearless as possible. On multiple accounts, she catered to our needs without hesitation. Never once did she show annoyance (although I am sure we pushed her to her limits). She made this tragic experience less painful, and we will forever be thankful for her unwavering care and selfless service that she provided my Mother and family. Sometimes we forget what was said, or what was done, but we will never forget the way that she made us feel. Thank you for every life that you touch. She is a blessing to many and the epitome of what nurses should be.
