In a student's reflections about the 120 hours she spent with Holly she shared: "It has blessed my heart and I know that without a shadow of a doubt I was placed with Holly for a reason. She taught me so much. She believed in me from day one and encouraged me. She helped me to become confident and develop my skills. Holly demonstrated advocacy, leadership and evidenced based practice. I truly grew, as not only an individual, but as a nurse during my time at Union City. I will forever be grateful for this time and short season. I can honestly say, reflecting over this season, I feel like a nurse. I feel competent and confident in the preparation that has been given to me. I still have lots of learning and growing to do, but I can't wait to take care of patients."
