On Saturday 12/20 a patient's wife called the ICU at 0730 (a most busy time) with concerns regarding her husband's discharge from the prior day. She had questions about his medication, home health nurse and RX refills, she called two times and each time Holly took the time to review the patients discharge meds and find case managers info for her to refer to. The patient had been discharged from a different unit and to watch Holly patiently and professionally take care of her the way she did was truly an inspiration. She always gives 110%, a true gem.
