Hong-Ying is a nurse with patience, enthusiasm, and is fun to be around. She can sense and satisfies patients' needs before patients or their family ask.
One time, a middle-aged female patient stayed on her own most of the time in her room. Her husband and child didn't visit her often during her hospitalization because of their distant relationship. Therefore, Hong-Ying spent a lot of time with her to be her companion, encourage her to share her feelings, and give her some ideas to improve her family relationship. Before discharge from the hospital, the patient expressed that it was her luck to meet Hong-Ying, an angel, who saved her from rock bottom and made her be more positive to face the difficulties in her life.
It is commendable that even though Hong-Ying is a young nurse she always does her best to care for patients.
