Hong has made me feel special, not just a sick old man. She goes out of her way to be compassionate with a friendly attitude. She works tirelessly to provide me with advice, make calls on my behalf, and ensure I am as comfortable as possible. Not only for me, she does the same for all the other patients there.

All that being said, all the other nurses on Hematology share all these traits. The whole crew shares the kindness, comfort, and attention to helping the other patients. It's like watching a Band of Angles fluttering about.
