Hope Conner, RN

I first met Hope after a car accident. She went out of her way to make sure the baby and I were safe and well taken care of immediately. When the ER nurses were busy, she was on the phone finding out the answers for me. She made me feel comfortable and safe. When it was decided I needed to stay, she helped me get upstairs even after her shift ended. Talking to her throughout the process was the only thing keeping me calm. She is exactly what Ascension needs more of. The way she helped me through many emotions was amazing. She even had me from tears to laughing again. Her professionalism is unmatched.

The second time I got to see Hope was when I came in to deliver the baby, and she instantly knew who I was. She was helping me, and I wasn't even her patient. She came in multiple times to ensure my safety and to ask if I needed anything. She even came in after to see how I was recovering. In every aspect she deserves this award! Thank you so much.
