Hope immediately made a good impression with me by her friendly demeanor. She was kind, cheerful, and empathetic. Soon after admission, when I was alone in the room with my husband, his eyes rolled back in his head and he was frothing at the mouth and unconscious. When I called for help, Hope was right there. She started resuscitation efforts. I saw my husband die right in front of me and she brought him back. She also came to the ICCU with him and stayed to be with me to make sure I was ok. I will never forget her kindness and compassion. She truly lives up to her name - she gave me HOPE.
