Hope gave me hope when I had none; she taught me everything I needed to know about my colostomy bag. She took extra time to show me videos; forced me to walk when I wanted to be lazy. She showed me so much care and never complained; she never let me give up. She is amazing. Hope is great! She calmed so much of my anxiety about this procedure. She really knows her stuff. She made me feel so comfortable and was so reassuring.
