Hope Gunn has many qualities, but above all her kindness and generosity are what best define her for me. She provided professional and emotional support with so much care and patience. She was not only doing her job, but she was also engaging with me as a full human being in need of help. She went above and beyond to make sure I was OK since I got COVID and through my long COVID journey. I am truly grateful to her for her caring, understanding, and joyful manners. Hope made me feel cared for, made me feel heard, and made me feel better. I hope she will be considered for this award as she is truly one of a kind. Thank you.
