Every time I bring a patient to Hope she receives them with a smile and such a lightheartedness that she puts all of the patients at ease. No matter how busy she is, she seems to have all of the time in the world to receive a patient. If she is too busy to do more than check the patient quickly, she always lets them know she will be back shortly and will ask about their immediate needs.

Hope is always willing to go the extra mile to see that her patients and coworkers have what they need. She has so much energy she makes me tired just watching her! She is a pleasure to work with. She is very professional and hardworking and I feel she deserves recognition for all she does to facilitate great care of her patients as well as teamwork on the unit.
