Ms. Hotton is an example of what a Saudi Nurse should be. I was a patient in Day Surgery, and I was very nervous as my previous time, I did not fully understand what was happening due to my limited English and my nurses' limited Arabic. This time, Ms. Hotton explained to me everything that would happen and answered all my questions fully. This made me relax and not be so scared about my journey into the operating room. Also, when I woke up from my anesthesia, it was Ms. Hotton who was my recovery nurse, which was a surprise for me; I felt very secure and happy to have her as my nurse. I needed to tell her HN, who then said I could recognize her with a DAISY.
