I would like to recognize the Rapid Response Team and the House Supervisors as a DAISY Team. I cannot give a specific situation as there are so many. These two teams work together daily to ensure the safety of our patients and staff, under extremely stressful circumstances and continue to maintain a smile and positive attitude. They give 110% each day no matter the request or task. They play multiple roles every day: nurse, leader, patient advocate, mediator, housekeeper, transporter, phone operator, etc. They wear multiple hats and are the resource for everyone from housekeeping to administration. They are ASJMC's book of knowledge. If they don't have a solution or answer they know where to get it. They are supportive, strong, resilient, persistent, compassionate, empathetic, encouraging, confident, knowledgeable, and show true leadership every day. They are respected and trusted by all associates. This team is truly exceptional and I am blessed to be surrounded by such an extraordinary team!
