Howard, RN provided extraordinary care and compassion for my father in the Northshore Hospital ICU during Christmas week 2021. With the suspended visiting policy, Howard, RN made it possible for the family to be in touch. It was a comfort to look forward to the Zoom sessions he established 2x a day. He also provided helpful information about my father’s condition, and what to look for and to expect. “End of Life” is by definition the most stressful time. But his kind, organized and proactive manner made it possible to get through it.
