Ms Chuang has been working in nursing field for more than 30 years. With her rich work experience and passion for customer service, mothers are always under proper postpartum care. And with her detailed patient education, postpartum mothers can take care of themselves and their babies without any problem. Ms Chuang is a very thoughtful nurse and also a breastfeeding expert; she provides individualized care for every single postpartum mother with great observation and attention.

Ms Chuang is not only great at patient care but also an inspiring mentor for new nursing stuffs. She always offers herself to everyone as much as she can and get along with every colleagues. She is a truly role model at our ward.

Ms Chuang says: The postpartum mother sat alone in the room with dark circles, puffy eyes and messy hair. "Are you alright?" I asked. "I feel I'm a terrible mother. I don't know anything about my baby. I don't know if my baby is hungry or not. The reason why he is always crying no matter how long I breastfeed him. Either he fall asleep so quickly after breastfeeding or he would suck at my breast so long" the mother replied. "Okay, I will send the baby back to nursery first and my colleagues will look after him. There are lumps and nipple sore on your breasts, let me do some breast massage and care for you. Don't worry about it; I will be here for you." I said.

For the next couple days, I also spent much time with the mother to teach her how to breastfeeding and look after her newborn baby and asked my colleagues to pay extra attention on her.
