Gisela is fast and very efficient! However, the manner in which she operates is extremely smooth. She is very gentle when she needs to be. Obviously, she is a very empathetic and compassionate person. Very professional yet personable.
In dealing with this bacterial infection in my hand, she has maintained excellent communication with the doctor and staff. Though where Gisela has taken the extra steps to help me heal are in the details of her caring methods. She has made sure to bring me extra pillows to keep my hand elevated and made sure to increase my circulation, compression boots, and walking. She has brought me many fresh ice packs.
