Teresa has a very sweet disposition she is very welcoming and warm in her approach to patients and staff. She is also very patient and calm with the patients. As a result, we often get a lot of requests from patients asking for Teresa to be their nurse.

Teresa is self-motivated. She tries to take care of any issues in the unit without being asked, she is a team player. She is often the first to answer call lights to help patients even if they are not assigned to her. In this way she helps her fellow nurses in the unit and with anything else they may need. She is very thorough in problem-solving and is s flexible with assignments. She is well liked by all staff and physicians. Teresa goes beyond the call of duty to ensure that her patients receive the best of care.
