Nurse Vivian is a very special person. She has made me feel so comfortable by showing true natural compassion towards me. She takes the time to listen to the issues that I need addressed and she always resolves them. No matter how many times we pass each other, she always stops whatever she's doing to ask me, "how are you doing?". I honestly wish I could have Vivian be with me every day. I've got several major issues that I'm trying to mentally process and because of my conversations with Nurse Vivian, I now have hope in my heart, which is something I didn't have when I entered the ER. I cannot find the proper words to express my sincere gratitude and thanks for the warmth Nurse Vivian has shown me.
