I, as a certified wound care nurse, was impressed by her knowledge and thoroughness in performing the nursing process to assess my mother's right hand that had become swollen and red.
Hyra's assessment abilities made the difference in helping my mom be treated for minor cellulitis likely from multiple needle sticks and her DM and overall poor health. This is the kind of nurse that does her best for the patient, the health facility, the family and tries her best to get it right the first time.
I would trust her any day, anytime with my mom and any patient with high need. She is A++ outstanding.
