When I was a new staff in this institution, Hyzent was very approachable, kind-hearted, and very cool in handling complicated cases, whether it was a patient or difficult staff. When she was still a senior staff member, she was promoted to supervisor to assistant nurse manager, and currently, she is our nurse manager in a special area, but she has never changed the way she treats her staff. She is down to earth, a good listener, smart, and very cool.

We can call Hyzent anytime if we have concerns in our unit in a special area, and she surely always replies, even in the middle of the night or early morning. I really admire her as a good leader and mentor; she has a positive attitude at work and is energetic, calm, and very approachable. She keeps on reminding us of our deadlines, updated schedules, staffing, and how everyone is doing at work. Sharing her knowledge with us. I am so grateful that she is my nurse manager who is very supportive to all her leaders in special area and to all her staff in SNU. She didn't change her attitude towards us. She was still the same when I was a new staff.
