Ian was very skilled, compassionate, knowledgeable, and hands-on in his care and treatment of my mom. He was very accessible and made us feel, truly, that he was available, no matter how busy the section or POD was. He was very patient as he answered all of our questions. We asked questions about meds and he explained how meds worked within the body. He never appeared tired or bothered by our questions. Thank you, Ian, you are a treasure.
