Ian is always the first rapid nurse to respond when CIC calls for help. On this particular night, a patient was admitted to IMC with significant bleeding. The patient started to deteriorate and Ian was at the bedside within minutes. Ian assisted the team with intubation, lining, medications, and blood administration. Ian then helped to resuscitate the patient and then transferred her to the ICU for closer monitoring and a higher level of care.
