Words can’t describe how helpful Ian has been. It is not only being attentive and being active in the room he cares and listens. Throughout the night, he would pop his head in to ask how we were doing and check in on my mom. Thirty minutes before his shift ended, he came to sit and talk with me. It was 6 a.m., and he could have easily clocked out and gone on about his business. He sat and talked about his mom being the same age and how we are similar and just talked with me for 5 to 10 minutes. Ian deserves to be acknowledged.​
