Ian's attention to detail went such a long way, he would do little things that made my wife's stay so pleasurable. He has a big heart and is full of compassion. He is very professional, prompt, and by the book. My wife would light up every time she found that he was her nurse. The whole staff here has been very accommodating and great. Ian just sticks out in a great way. Thanks for everything!
