Ian responded to a code grey with an 82-year-old woman with dementia and delirium with an inspiring amount of compassion and skill. His approach was so caring and calming! He comforted her by placing an arm around her and holding her hand. She was quickly de-escalated in a way that brought her security and comfort. Ian is an extraordinary nurse!
