I first met Ian back between Sept-Oct, I was really sick with pancreatitis and some other medical/mental issues. I was pretty out of it but I remember him coming around and making sure I was comfortable and doing alright. I needed a lot of help with the restroom situation and somehow he helped me get thru that with dignity intact. Now I'm back here again, I'm more coherent and stronger than I was last time, and noticing how involved he is about knowing and being able to explain what the doctors may not have time to; that's a blessing. I've had a really pleasant experience with all the nurses at Emanuel. Ian isknowledgeable,personable,polite, acoolperson in general. Thankyou, Ian.
