Ian was a complete professional while caring for my mom. He was patient not only with my mom who is 87 years old young, but with each of the family members that came to visit. He cared for all her needs no matter how personal, he was diligent, caring, humble, meticulous, and attentive. Ian listened to all of our concerns, explained in detail mom's care, assisted us when we asked to speak with the physician in charge. Ian fed my mom and made her feel very comfortable. He spoke with her and asked what she needed to the point of even brushing her teeth. He was gentle and kind. Ian exemplifies the true meaning of the "Nightingale Pledge" when he became a nurse! There are no words to express my gratitude to Ian. Thank you.
